Cancellation policy

We kindly request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. In the event of a no show, we will charge 100% of your service booked *ALL services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these policies. - Treatments are reserved especially for you. - We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. - Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will lose their deposit/charge cancellation fees. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
